A few things you should know about our wedding - a sort of timeline.
1) As you know, we decided to marry according to the Catholic Wedding Rite. So, the Church Celebration will be the first part of our big day. We acknowledge that some of you may not be familiar with the Catholic Church and its rites, especially in Italian! But don´t worry, time will go by fast enough, people watching and a wonderful church to observe will make the experience pleasant enough, hopefully!
After that, we will all probably hang outside the church for a while, hugging, kissing, congratulating and shooting some pictures.
2) Then it will be time to head for the venue where we will have our wedding reception, Castello della Castelluccia. By the time you get there, a welcome cocktail will be offered to you, followed by a full aperitif buffet. While you eat, drink and socialize with other guests, we will be shooting pictures around the city, but we will join you soon!
Once we arrive, we will be happy to enjoy the aperitif with you all, until the time comes to move on for the sit-down dinner.
After dinner, we will be going back to where we had the aperitif for coffees, cake cutting and a dessert buffet. After that, it´s all in your hands! Some people will leave soon after because maybe they have to work the next day, others will stay to party a bit more..let´s leave the end of the party open and see how it turns out! It´s also my birthday (Giuliana), so partying is something we are really looking forward to!
Regarding food...
Please contact us for any special request, our chef is at your disposal to satisfy individual needs, but he must be informed well ahead of time. So, we need to hear from you within October 30th.Please let us know exactly what you don´t eat (example: no meat, no fish, no eggs, no cheese etc) and we will try to arrange a suitable menu for you.
In case of serious food allergies, please report them to us as such, so that the restaurant can be informed and arrange everything accordingly.Don´t be shy, we are much happier to offer a dinner you will enjoy rather than seeing you don´t like what is in your dish, so PLEASE write us, even just to say "I eat everything, including table, chairs and dinnerware".
Dress code
We suggest wearing something that makes you look nice on pictures and won´t make you feel ashamed when you look back at them two years from now :-D Jokes aside, you are welcome to wear whatever you prefer, expect a good part of the guests to be wearing a cocktail or formal attire (be happy we get married in December and not in July)
Wedding Registry
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all.
However,if it is your wish to bless us with a gift, we would greatly appreciate a contribution to our honeymoon. Here are our bank details:

Our honeymoon is still to be arranged, all we know is that it will be in 2020 as Romano has no annual leave days left for 2019. We will keep you posted on our decision, our website will be online even after the Wedding Day ;-)
